UCan Play is delighted to sponsor the Love Music Trust’s Percussion Ensemble. This week, the ensemble are performing at the Royal Festival Hall with Anthony Kerr, a professional vibraphone player, as part of an event featuring James MacMillan’s new percussion concerto performed by Colin Currie and The Philharmonia.
The LMT Percussion Ensemble is a new ensemble formed by the LMT three years ago. It is led and directed by Mark Concar. In this concert, their set will also include a piece written by talented young composer Matthew Brett (also a member of the ensemble). If you are anywhere near the Royal Festival Hall this Thursday at 5pm, do come along and listen to this amazing, young ensemble of talented percussionists.
